The Chicago WHPC Mentorship Program is a year-long initiative running from September 2026 through September 2027. It connects emerging talent with experienced professionals in HPC, AI, and advanced computing through structured, goal-driven mentorship.

Participants can expect:

• one-to-one mentor–mentee pairing

• monthly meetings at minimum

• goal setting and progress tracking

• access to additional resources and support

​

This program is designed for students, early-career professionals, researchers, and others interested in growing in technical and leadership pathways connected to HPC and AI.

​This is a program for people who are ready to commit to learning, growth, and accountability over time.
